- How do you make money?
- Who is your buyer?
- How do you produce what you sell?
- How do you serve what you sell?
- Is there any kind of measurement that helps to track the progress?
I know. This is a ridiculously simplified list for any business model structure you want to build.
Do this. Ask yourself these propelling questions whenever a project or new business idea comes up. Always. Get into the habit of thinking in terms of business models. Look for more essential questions to add to this framework only if these questions help you to understand your business model better. Or perhaps revealing new opportunities.
