/ Human Media.

In a moment where multitasking has turned a way of life and where nonconformism is now a survival principle, productivity is the treasure we all are looking for, leadership seems a compulsory standard and media messages never end. A human touch is urgently needed.

I ask myself frequently; how distorted is our approach until one day we realize that clarity is bigger and important than the continuous optimization we’re in search of. Think about it, you’re waiting for social messaging, emails and phone calls immediate responses. And yet, you complain about the massive amount of messages/emails you need to read and reply. Technology is winning the race against humanity and the powerful human touch.

The facts show that actually, you could be your worse enemy, not the technology (mobile devices, apps, social networks and so on) the one you usually blame. It seems that the “hot potato” game exists, the only difference is it exists now in a digital landscape; for every message (in any form) you always get two in return.

Connectivity happens, yes, but most of the time happens when we sacrifice the human component.

What a shame.
